Set up by a mutual friend, Tracy, a nutritionist, and Scott, a sports enthusiast, hit it off right away. “Tracy made me laugh the entire first date,” Scott recalls. Said first date was at the Hudson Hotel, where they played pop-a-shot and pool and talked for hours. “He was competitive and took all things sports very seriously,” says Tracy. Being that they both attended “spirited colleges,” Tracy wasn’t too unfamiliar with Scott’s type – but he was sufficiently special enough to quickly win over her kale-loving heart. For their big day, the couple tied in elements of their personalities and interests, like vegetable-packed floral arrangements and an Oktoberfest-style gathering with their wedding party before the ceremony. With so many unique details and vitamin-packed goodness, their day was destined to be a memorable one. Read and see more from their day here.
